Residues, particularly organic or food residues, contain significant ATP concentrations. Left unattended on surfaces, these residues can foster bacterial growth, promote cross-contamination, facilitate biofilm formation, and give rise to numerous other issues compromising product integrity. When ATP interacts with the specialized reagent within Ultrasnap or Aquasnap testing devices, it generates light in direct correlation to ATP concentration. The SystemSURE Plus measures this emitted light, providing rapid insights into contamination levels. Higher readings indicate elevated contamination levels.
