➤For better use

1. When using the product, please ensure that the water added to the tank is pure water

2. Please do not add flavorings or detergents in the tank.

3. Please make sure the water tank cover is installed properly.

4. Adjust the steam size by the steam knob.

5. According to different use scenarios to select the appropriate accessories, more efficient cleaning and sanitation

6. After the handle is installed, if you do not need to hold down the buckle can be pulled out normally, this time the handle is not fully installed in place, please re-installed!





➤ Troubleshooting

✔No steam/no work

1. Check whether the switch is open

2. Check whether there is water in the water tank.

3. Check whether the steam regulating valve is in the highest position

4.Please wait for 3~5 minutes when using the machine to check whether steam is coming out or not

✔Leakage

1. When the machine is just turned on, there will be a slight water leakage, which is normal.

2. Add appropriate amount of white vinegar to the water tank inside the boot run 3~5 times, do not clean the floor when the machine is running, after the end of the water to try to see if the steam can be produced

✔No heating

1. Check whether the switch is open

2. After the machine is turned on and running for 5~8 minutes, if there is no steam, touch the nameplate position on the back of the machine to see if there is heat, if there is no heat, please contact us!

1. It is recommended to add an appropriate amount of white vinegar to clean the machine every month, which can prolong the service life of the machine.
